The separation of parents is often a big life adjustment that can impact children way into adulthood. This program aims at equipping parents who have experienced separation, with tools to guide their children through this adjustment.

Over the course participants will have the opportunity to explore things to look out for and learn strategies to help their children gain a better understanding of the separation, what it means for them and discover ways to feel safe and confident in all areas of their life.

We recommend both parents attend this program however, not at the same time. We will allocate you to different sessions for your personal wellbeing and privacy and to maximise the benefit for your child.

This 3 hour program is usually offered every second month, alternating between evenings (two x 1.5 hour sessions) and daytime (one x 3 hour session).
