The Resilience Doughnut Conversation Cards – Adult Model

A pack of 7 x Cards for each factor of The Resilience Doughnut that has statements to describe the characteristics that make each factor strong for an Adult.

We currently give the cards in schools and workplaces when training staff and teams in The Resilience Doughnut for adults. The cards are beneficial for starting a conversation and then prompting the questions and guiding the conversation to reflect the factors of the model.
