Yes the program is covered by Medicare if your child has a Mental Health Care Plan. GPs and Paediatricians can assess eligibility for a Mental Health Care Plan for this group program (a rebate of $31.65 per session may apply).

We like to include parents in the process of building resilience, as such parents will receive:

• Weekly letters and emails outlining each lesson and suggestions for supporting your child’s learning at home.
• The opportunity to attend a short information session in week 2 of the program and the follow-up session at the conclusion of the program.
• The program is based on The Resilience Doughnut. Find out more about this model.
• Complimentary access to the Resilience Report, an online measure of your child’s resilience.
• An individual summary report, written by the group facilitators, explaining your child’s areas of strength, progress, and our recommendations for continued resilience building.
