This seminar will help parents apply an optimistic style of thinking to themselves as well as their children. This is an excellent introduction for anyone thinking of registering a child for our Bright Thinking Group Program also.
This seminar will:
- examine the key aspects of optimistic thinking
- introduce exercises for parents to promote their own optimistic thinking
- look at practical ways we can foster optimism in children
- and consider how our positive language can assist children to face difficulties and challenges.
Ruth brings many years experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. She has presented many workshops and seminars around Australia on the topics of resilience and optimism and is an Licensed Trainer of both the Bright Thinking Group Program as well as the model of The Resilience Doughnut.
