Neil has served as College Principal at Northern Beaches Secondary College, NSW’s largest school, overseeing five campuses and over 370 teachers. He was seconded for over three years to support school leaders and teams across NSW, fostering excellence, building capacity, and providing planning and leadership coaching.
With a global perspective, Neil has gained valuable insights through visits to schools in the UK, US, Canada, Finland, and Nova Scotia, and has engaged with educators from Japan, China, Scotland, and the Netherlands. He champions evidence-based approaches to improve school processes and outcomes, and applies Positive Psychology to create positive school environments.
Neil focuses on fostering teacher development and leadership through coaching and mentoring, utilising Solution Focused psychology. He delivers keynote addresses on the Resilience Doughnut and Resilience Report, develops training materials, and provides individual coaching to educators and school leaders.
With his extensive experience and commitment to student wellbeing, Neil Worsley plays a pivotal role in driving The Resilience Centre’s mission forward.
