The Resilience Centre is led by a dedicated and experienced management team. Their combined knowledge and passion ensure we provide the best possible services in therapy, training and research. Each member brings a unique perspective, fostering a collaborative environment that pushes the boundaries of mental health and innovation.
Lyn is the Director of The Resilience Centre, as well as a Clinical Psychologist and a Registered Nurse. She has worked alongside people of all ages and stages for over 25 years now through the centre.
Lyn has vast experience in teaching, youth work, early childhood, hospitals and correctional services. She specialises in child, adolescent & family psychology and relationship issues. She is also the author of The Resilience Doughnut Book – The Secret of Strong Kids and The Resilience Doughnut Book – The Secret of Strong Adults.

Lyn is a member of the Australian Psychological Society and National Convenor of the Child, Adolescent and Family Psychology Interest Group.
Belinda is our Relationships & Training Manager for The Resilience Centre and The Resilience Doughnut. She has a background in Social Work (UNSW) and Health Promotion, as well as experience in communications and marketing. Belinda manages all our trainers as well as all the people, nationally and internationally, who complete all our trainings.
Belinda uses her background in Social Work, Health and communications to build relationships with the communities that benefit from training in our model.
Claudia leverages her diverse skillset as the Group Program & Communications Manager for The Centre. Her background in Communications and Publishing, coupled with her ongoing studies in Psychotherapy and Counselling, allows her to bring a unique perspective to her role.

With an extensive background managing medical centres, MarieClare brings a wealth of knowledge and efficiency to The Resilience Centre. Her warm personality and genuine care shine through, making every client feel welcome and comfortable. When she’s not ensuring the smooth operation of the centre, you can find her volunteering as a Surf Lifesaver, passionate about water safety and drowning prevention.

His diverse career spans Sydney high schools, encompassing inner-city, northern, western, and southern suburbs. He has a proven track record of working effectively with disadvantaged, Aboriginal, multicultural, and diverse socio-economic communities.
Neil has served as College Principal at Northern Beaches Secondary College, NSW’s largest school, overseeing five campuses and over 370 teachers. He was seconded for over three years to support school leaders and teams across NSW, fostering excellence, building capacity, and providing planning and leadership coaching.
With a global perspective, Neil has gained valuable insights through visits to schools in the UK, US, Canada, Finland, and Nova Scotia, and has engaged with educators from Japan, China, Scotland, and the Netherlands. He champions evidence-based approaches to improve school processes and outcomes, and applies Positive Psychology to create positive school environments.
Neil focuses on fostering teacher development and leadership through coaching and mentoring, utilising Solution Focused psychology. He delivers keynote addresses on the Resilience Doughnut and Resilience Report, develops training materials, and provides individual coaching to educators and school leaders.
With his extensive experience and commitment to student wellbeing, Neil Worsley plays a pivotal role in driving The Resilience Centre’s mission forward.
Jacqui is our Analytics Coordinator for the Resilience Report and a Master Trainer for The Resilience Centre. She has a background as an executive teacher and years of experience providing talks, workshops and training.
Jacqui has more than 25 years experience in education, wellbeing and mental health in both a professional and volunteer capacity. She has worked in and continues to work across a variety of educational and cultural contexts, in Australia, New Zealand, the EU, Singapore and North America.
Jacqui is a passionate advocate for parent engagement in education, teaching standards, improved educational outcomes for K-12, professional learning networks and continuing education in the workplace, wellbeing, veteran health and advocacy.
