The Resilience Doughnut – Licensed Facilitator Training (Child & Adolescent Model) – Face To Face
Learn to build the resilience of children and/or adolescents in your school or workplace through implementing the practical interactive model of The Resilience Doughnut. Our model of resilience is a strengths-based tool that identifies ‘what works well’ and uses already existing strengths in an individual to build their resilience.
Note: The Resilience Doughnut is both a NESA ACCREDITED Professional Development Course, as well as a QUALITY ASSURED External Program for training in resilience with NSW Department of Education Schools during 2024 and onwards.
The Resilience Centre, as well as assisting individuals, couples and families of all ages through therapy, is also a venue for positive life changing services, including Groups, Talks, Workshops and Training. Our groups, talks, workshops and training promote positive psychology with an aim of increasing hope, enabling change and building connections. The aim of The Resilience Centre is to add value to the lives of all who cross our path and access our services, including schools, workplaces, health professionals and private businesses. The Resilience Centre is physically located in Epping, Sydney, NSW and our services are available locally, nationally and internationally. Our talks, workshops and training are all available online and if you are outside of Sydney, our speakers, facilitators and trainers are available to travel across Australia and across the seas. Our group therapy programs remain solely ‘face to face’ currently.
