Helen is driven by her personal experiences and a curiosity about the complexity of the human mind, which fuels her dedication to supporting others. She specialises in treating anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, and stress, offering individualised therapy tailored to each person\'s unique needs.
A skilled psychologist, Helen utilises a variety of evidence-based approaches to tailor treatment to each individual\'s needs. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Solution Focused Therapy.
In addition to individual therapy, Helen conducts assessments to identify a client\'s strengths and areas for growth. She also facilitates group programs at The Resilience Centre, creating a safe and supportive space for young children, adolescents, and young adults.
Throughout her work, Helen prioritises an integrated approach that considers the whole person. Her empathetic and compassionate nature fosters trust and allows her clients to feel understood and supported.
Helen is fluent in Korean.
