Christina O'Connell

Christina is a clinical psychologist with a Masters in educational and developmental psychology and a full member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Christina seeks to strengthen and motivate clients to develop and grow through the inevitable adversities that life offers from time to time. She seeks to encourage individuals to advance their emotional intelligence and bring light to the driving forces, motivations and choices, making for a less turbulent journey on the road to change........click here for more information.

Returning to the Resilience Centre early August.
Christina works predominantly with children, teenagers, and young adults, in the areas of;
Grief & Loss
Anger Management
Stress Management(including school/university/study stresses)
Motivational issues
Conflict Resolution
Low Self-Esteem and Confidence

Christina is an accredited trainer of the Resilience Doughnut. She also assists in developing and running groups for young people, including the highly popular Me~We~U and Bright Thinking group programs at Alpha Counselling Services.
Christina uses an integrative, client centred approach to therapy, working mainly using cognitive behavioural therapy, solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing and creative therapies such as sand play.

Cost: $227.00 (individuals) per 55 minute session.
