A 6 week group program to learn survival skills for parents and carers of emotionally intense people.
In this 6 week group program learn skills to cope with and disengage from the emotional crossfire often felt when living or working with emotionally intense people. This program offers practical support and skills for parents, carers, partners or friends who struggle to cope with someone else's emotions while working on their own. This group will also offer insight into many of the issues emotionally intense people struggle with, offering greater understanding of where the issues come from.

* GPs can assess eligibility for a Medicare rebate under a Mental Health Treatment Plan, for this group program (a rebate of $21.65 per session may apply).
