Ida Soghomonian

Ida Soghomonian is a registered psychologist with post graduate qualifications from prominent Australian Universities in psychology, human resources and management. Her 24 year career includes working in Australia and Singapore with children, youth, adults, couples, families, groups and teams in a wide variety of settings, including private practice, schools, community organisations and corporate companies.

Ida has extensive experience working with mainstream and multicultural communities as well as diverse workplaces, providing a wide variety of services, including psychological counselling, psychotherapy, executive coaching, human resources management, organisational development, work health and safety consultation, employee assistance programs and executive coaching.  Ida is also a certified trainer, developing and facilitating workshops and seminars. 

Ida aims to empower and encourage each client in sourcing effective strategies and utilising constructive decision making to achieve desired outcomes. She motivates and supports clients to build on their strengths and maintain focus on actualising positive results.
