Some of our readers may not be aware that many of the programs we offer here at The Resilience Centre are based on the Resilience Doughnut model of building resilience.
A recent blog on our website explains the "doughnut " in a lighthearted way that is very easy to understand. If you are not familiar with it I would recommend reading this blog by Sue Bull. Click here. Of course we also have an entire website devoted to the Resilience Doughnut for those who would like more information or would like to know where they can hear various seminar topics based on the Resilience Doughnut. www.theresiliencedoughnut.com.au.
Our Resilience Coach, Frances Goldfinch is now "in residence" and able to help with strategies to increase resilience and thus better deal with the stresses of life. She can assist with identifying strengths, goal setting and with those having difficulties with time management and motivation in their studies. More details are available on our website here.
The last of our Wednesday Night Hot Topics for Term 2 is coming up here at the Resilience Centre, 48 Oxford St, Epping and is one for all the "worry warts" amongst us.

We also hope to offer, subject to finalizing numbers:
If you are interested in any of these three programs or would like more information, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, expressing your interest as we hope to determine within the next week when they will run.
