We have an exciting new initiative happening at The Resilience Centre. Shortly we will have available a Resilience Coach who will be able to help clients with identifying their strengths, goal setting and other practical skills such as optimistic thinking strategies and mindfulness skills. Frances Goldfinch, a provisional psychologist working at The Resilience Centre is expected to take on this role later this month. More details available on our website soon.
This month we also have a one day workshop we probably ALL would be interested in! Do you have to deal with difficult people? Difficult people are hard work! If you need to stop avoiding hard conversations, confidently deal with issues early and want to have more confidence to say what you think and get a good result, then don't miss Dealing with Difficult People. Details and links are below.
