Welcome to a new year at The Resilience Centre! This year we have several new programs as well as our most popular ones. We also have many new issues to be dealt with in our Wednesday night Hot Topic series of seminars. Some of these programs start in less than a week, so if you are interested, book now or you may miss out.
Have you read our blog? Topics covered recently by our Alpha Psychologists include: Bipolar, Psychology of wisdom and What to expect when your child starts school. Click here to read them. The lastest blog just posted, Connections - making the most of our relationships, was written by Kylie Warry who is presenting the workshop Effective Communication - Dealing with Difficult People. More details below.
Our informal evening seminars for the general community, continue every second Wednesday 7 - 8.30 pm, here at The Resilience Centre. As they are proving very popular, we do recommend booking in advance and saving $5 on the $25 registration fee.
The topics for Term 1 will be:
4 February NEW Keeping Love Alive® - a 5 week relationship program for couples facilitated by Clinical Psychologist, Lyn Worsley. This program is for people who want solutions to their relationship dilemmas. It won't drag participants into the past but will offer a blueprint for handling conflict constructively.
