Adam is a registered Clinical Psychologist and a full member of the Australian Psychological Society. He completed a Masters of Clinical Psychology in 2012 and has experience working in private, community and hospital settings. Adam works with adults, adolescents and children, using therapies with a strong evidence base, namely Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness-based therapy. Adam likes to use a solutions and a strengths focus to help people connect with and move towards meaningful goals and positive life changes.
When not the practice, Adam is passionate about mental health research, currently working at CanTeen to help research ways to improve the lives of young people affected by cancer.
