Discover how to recognize barriers stopping you from achieving and learn optimistic thinking patterns to increase confidence and boost motivation. It explores the idea of how retraining your brain to develop optimistic thinking patterns and mastering reflective techniques will clarify and strengthen commitment, and enhance motivation, resulting in successful outcomes. The program includes a follow up session four weeks after the last session.
Dates: April 3, 10, 17 and 24 with a follow up the week beginning May 21.
