This is used in conjunction with a range of practical approaches in counselling, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution Focussed Therapy. Ruth’s focus is to empower clients with the skills and knowledge to achieve their goals, and to maintain their ongoing well-being and mental health.
